Refund policy
Pookie Baby Boutique accepts returns of products purchased directly from our websites.
We have a 30-day of order date return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after ordering your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@pookiebabyboutique.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damaged and defective product must be reported within 10 calendar days of receipt to be eligible for replacement. Please send an email to customerservice@pookiebabyboutique.com with your order number and detailed photos of the defect.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like items in clearance/ doorbusters during sales, BOGO sales, gift cards, and items marked final sale.
We do not accept exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the item you have in the original packaging within 30 calendar days of receipt, and once the return is accepted you can make a separate order for the new item. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries for returns, exchanges or any delivery of any sort.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note:
- Exchange or return of products which have been discontinued at pookiebabyboutique.com will be eligible for store credit only.
- Pookie Baby Boutique reserves the right to refuse to process a return, based on the condition of the returning product.
- Proof of purchase can take many shapes and forms: order numbers, receipts, gift receipt, or shipping invoice.
- Items purchased as a gift and returned will be either exchanged, or refunded to the original purchaser, not the gift recipient.
